Mailmaxxing is an application created by Ermanno Maset under the Waystars project. The app helps users organize Gmail messages, classify document-related emails, extract useful information, and manage attachments in a more structured way.
Data we access
When you connect your Google account, Mailmaxxing requests read-only access to Gmail. This means the app can read selected Gmail data needed to provide its functionality, including email metadata, email content, labels, and attachments.
Mailmaxxing does not request permission to send emails, delete emails, move emails, or modify your Gmail inbox.
How we use your data
Gmail data is used only to provide the app features, including email classification, document extraction, attachment management, deadline detection, file review, and accounting pack preparation.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your Gmail data for advertising. We do not share your Gmail data with third parties except where necessary to operate the application infrastructure.
Data storage
Mailmaxxing may store account information, email metadata, extracted document information, categories, deadlines, attachments, and audit logs in the application database and storage systems.
The application currently uses hosted infrastructure providers for deployment, database, and storage. These services are used only to operate the application.
Data deletion
Users may request deletion of their stored application data by contacting the project owner. After a valid request, stored data associated with the user account will be deleted where technically and legally possible.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
