Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Mailmaxxing, an application created by Ermanno Maset under the Waystars project.
Use of the service
Mailmaxxing is provided to help users organize Gmail messages, classify document-related emails, manage attachments, detect deadlines, and prepare document workflows.
You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for ensuring that you have the right to process the Gmail data connected to your account.
Google account access
Mailmaxxing uses Google OAuth to request read-only access to Gmail. The app does not request permission to send emails, delete emails, move emails, or modify your Gmail inbox.
No professional advice
Mailmaxxing may help organize documents and prepare accounting or administrative material, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should verify all extracted information before relying on it.
Availability
The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing classifications, extracted data, deadlines, exported files, and accounting packs before using them for any operational or administrative purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailmaxxing and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from use of the service.
